Due to the nature of handmade one of a kind pieces I DO NOT accept returns. I will accept

exchanges within 6 months of purchase in original condition. Return shipping costs are the

responsibility of the buyer. Please email me with any exchanges.

Shipping & Handling

Please allow 5 -10 days for your item to be shipped. Ceramics are fragile and take time to

package, please be patient with this one woman operation.

Damage

On the rare occasion your item arrives damaged or broken please contact me immediately.

Please SAVE ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND BROKEN ITEM(S), it may be necessary to

file a claim.

Custom requests

I will occasionally consider custom requests. These requests must fit in with my aesthetic and

current work flow. As a general rule custom orders take considerably longer than my regular

production. Please be patient.
